Hi, I'm Patrick. I love cooking, and I have 6 years of Restaurant experience. I started out as a self-taught home cook. Then I followed my passion into the restaurant industry. I started my career in Sacramento, the farm to fork capital of California, which gave me an appreciation for using fresh local ingredients. I try to use the highest quality ingredients in my cooking. For instance, I usually buy my meat at local butcher shops such as Standing's Butchery and A Cut Above. I will go out of my way to find the best ingredients available to make sure my dishes exceed your expectations. I will be happy to take any special requests into account.
